Who we are

Belgravia Bayt Real Estate is a licensed real estate broker in Dubai (RERA ORN 1509198), with offices in Dubai Media City and Knightsbridge, London. This policy explains how we handle the personal details you share with us through the Lyra at Ghaf Woods pages.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect:

• your name, mobile number (with country code) and email address;
• the apartment you are interested in, if you choose one;
• your message, if you write one;
• the button or section you used, the page address, and campaign details such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid).

We do not ask for, and you should not send, identity documents or payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To send you the price list, floor plans, availability and brochure you asked for, to answer your questions, and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your details.

Calls, WhatsApp and email

When you submit an enquiry, an advisor may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will action that request.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, plus analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) when they are enabled, to measure which campaigns bring visitors to this page. Where a cookie banner is shown, these tools only set cookies after you accept them, and you can decline.

Campaign details are kept in your browser session and attached to your enquiry so we can attribute it correctly. Raw IP addresses are not stored; we keep only a one-way hash to prevent spam.

Sharing with the developer and authorities

To reserve a residence we share your details with the developer, Majid Al Futtaim, and its sales team, and with the Dubai Land Department where registration requires it. Our service providers (website hosting and email delivery) process data on our behalf only.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry records while your interest in a property is active and for as long as we are required to for regulatory and accounting purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to us or call us and we will respond within 30 days.
